This is a real struggle. I have been waiting for my follow up from State of Illinois for months now. I have NEVER had this happen before and trying to get information from [phone number removed] is like talking to a monkey. Since they receive a list of what returns they are currently working (date - which happens to be March 22, 2018), there is no follow up, nothing can be done or checked. It is Absolutely ridiculous that I am STILL waiting on this return. Because of the non-payment of this return, I had many problems as a result of this NON-CASH flow. Who can help me???
