I submitted my Ohio state tax after the calculations were checked by TurboTax. The Ohio Department of Taxation has written back that I am not entitled to the Joint Filing Credit, which is $330 on my return. They have provided no explanation, but want the money back, plus interest. I request that you check my return, and determine why I am not entitled to this credit. Thank you.
