I, too had the same issue .. not being able to find form IT-196 for my NYS return. After following the instructions from
@rjs, I found the answer as well.
Request: Can Turbo add this info as a "hint" to the NYS tax software? I am guessing that *many* people could benefit from this. Thank you for considering my request.
