State tax filing
I note that you are using the self-employed version of TurboTax. In what state was your self-employment income from?
If the self-employment income was earned in PA, then you would have needed to file a PA nonresident return reporting only the self-employment income earned in PA .
Due to the PA-NJ reciprocal agreement. Any wages (W2 income) should only be taxed by your resident state (NJ) and not by PA. If PA taxes were withheld on the W2, you would want to file a PA nonresident return showing zero W2 income and request a refund of the PA taxes withheld. See:
https://revenue-pa.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/853/~/i-am-a-resident-of-a-reciprocal-state-....
To get a refund of the PA taxes that were withheld, you will need to file an amended PA tax return.
As a resident of NJ, you would report ALL your income on your NJ resident return. https://www.state.nj.us/treasury/taxation/njit25.shtml
And get that PA witholding stopped by filing a PA REV419 form with your employer (see above link).
