Hi Karen. Thank you for your response. I took a look at the Reciprocity Agreement online. If I'm an independent contractor and received a 1099 MISC from the agency, would this agreement still apply to me? The agreement states: "Because reciprocity does not apply to income from self-employment, the individual must file a Wisconsin income tax return to report the self-employment income."
