State tax filing
You will allocate income. In essence, you will tell TurboTax how much of your income was truly earned inside Oregon borders, since Oregon does not tax telecommuter income. Be aware, however, that Oregon will likely ask for substantiation of the amount of income not considered to be Oregon source if this is not clearly indicated on your w-2. (One substantiation is when the income is claimed exclusively to another state. Since Washington has no income tax, you will want to get substantiation from your employer if you don't already have it. You may not need to send it in with the return, but it will likely be asked for.)
