State tax filing
Yes, there is. West Virginia and Virginia are reciprocal states. This means that if you live in one state and work in another, you only pay tax where you live. Since VA tax was taken out of your check, you want to say in the Personal Info tab that you did also work in VA, and then fill out VA as a nonresident reciprocal state. You get all your VA taxes back. West Virginia does tax all of your income, though.
