I suggest you call the Indiana Department of Revenue, (317) 232-2165, and ask them if you can get a credit based on the MS withholding shown on the W-2G or do you have to file a MS return. If you do have to file, you'll have to decide whether it's worth the cost and effort to avoid double taxation.
