No! While filing for your taxes you would need to file Form 5695. If you are having trouble accessing this form
- Log into your Turbo Tax Online account
- Go to My Tax Timeline
- Click Take me to my return
- Click the Search bar (located at the upper right hand corner)

Type in Form 5695
- Click Jump to Form 5695
If you fill out this form properly, you should not need any receipts to prove the payment.
