State tax filing
Yes. Your home state can tax you on all your income, regardless of here you earn it. Other states can tax you as a non-resident on earnings from working within their borders. So you have to file two state returns: a non-resident Oregon return and a resident PA state return. You'll be able to take a credit on your PA return for taxes paid to OR, so you won't be double-taxed.
