Thank you very much. My question is very specific to using TurboTax to complete MO Form 2210, including the point that I had no 2017 MO income or tax due. I used phone support, also, and it remains unclear, so my TurboTax adviser recommended that I check the box to allow MO to calculate my penalty. The return remained unchanged, including the penalty.
