I filed my tax return 2018 by paper. And I received the IT 2015 form (Estimated New York State Tax payment 2019).
I have questions about this IT 2015.
1. Do I have to make payment according to the IT2015?
2. If I don't make payment, what will happens?
As I will move to my home country (Not USA) in this July, I think my New York State Tax payment 2019 will be smaller than 2018.
