I worked in Georgia and North Carolina but am a resident of Wisconsin. Who do I file taxes with what state?

I am a pipeline safety inspector. I drive to job sites for work daily. I reside in hotels.  I am a Wisconsin resident. Do I still file Wisconsin income tax?
