How to report gambling winnings from Nevada for a California resident?

The program continues to ask me to complete a State Payer ID for the Peppermill Casino in Reno Nevada as I must report these gambling winnings, I am a California resident.  How do I get the State Payer ID number to be able to transmit my returns?
