To
access Form 2EC, please follow the steps below:
- Click forms on the upper right.
- Click Open form on the left (see
screenshot).
- Type Form 2EC in the search box.
- Click Form 2EC.
- Click Open Form at the bottom.
Note: Be sure to save the file once the form is added.
