State tax filing
I assume your employer continued to withhold Reynoldsburg city (not school district) income tax. If you continued to work in Reynoldsburg , after the move, your employer was correct in withholding that. You cannot get it back. But Columbus will give you a credit for what you paid the work location city, when you file your Columbus City return, as a resident.
If you did not work in Reynoldsburg, you will need to contact RITA (the agency that administers Reynoldsburg income tax) for the proper form for claiming a refund https://www.ritaohio.com/Individuals/Home/Refunds . Talk to your employer about changing the withholding., so this doesn’t happen every year.
