I live in DE and have income in NJ. when I file for 2016 DE tax return, it says I owe 2016 DE tax return underpayment penalty. I paid 898.28 for 2015 DE tax return.
what is this underpayment penalty? and why it is asking for my 2015 Delaware Tax amount?
