Yes, Massachusetts has a form M-8379
which is for a non-debtor spouse to request relief similar to the Federal
Allocation, if there is a prior debt of
MA State income tax which can be allocated to one spouse. TurboTax doesn’t
handle this form, however. You would have to fill it out by hand and mail it
in.
