I purchased the Federal/State Deluxe CD; pay taxes in DE and PA.; mistakenly thought that I had to purchase a NJ return too. How can I delete NJ and get a refund?

Use the form at this link to be assigned a phone number. The number will not display when they are closed.  This time of year they are open 5AM-9PM Pacific (8AM-12 Midnight Eastern)  7 days/week.

Indicate that you are using the CD/download product.
In the question line, enter "need help with billing issue" (or similar) without quotes.
