I live in Wisconsin, but work in Illinois. My taxes were paid to Illinois (entire 2016). Filing TurboTax, it shows I owe WI$10k & IL is giving a $81 return. What can I do

After moving to Wisconsin, I never filled out a Statement of Nonresidence in Illinois until 2017. I lived in Wisconsin all through 2016, but my entire year, I paid Illinois income tax.

When processing through Turbo Tax, I did both States, Wisconsin and Illinois, but it shows I owe Wisconsin $10,000 and Illinois is offering me a refund of $81.  

I am sure there is a right way to do this; however I do need help and guidance to process correctly.
