Can I refile my 2018 Fed tax return with TT (original filed early Feb using TT) to take a 20% deduction for my Sch C (mtg Bkr) & E (3 rentals) incomes?

I believe the 20% deductions for pass through income were not included in the TT program when I originally filed.
