My wife lived and worked in MO in full 2016 and I lived and worked in IL in full 2016. Since my kids lived with my wife in 2016, is that ok for us to file MFJ for Fed and MO? If I have to file for IL, I guess MFJ for Fed and MFS for MO and IL would be the only solution for me? Does download/CD deluxe have one or multiple state(s) without extra dollars? Thanks!
