For the Clean Fuel Vehicle Credit, you must have obtained a TC-40V with the Division of Air Quality approval stamp, this is not something that is supported in the product. If you have obtained this form with approval from the state, the place in the interview to enter credit information is in Page 2 of the "Let's Check for Other Utah Credits" listing, select "Received a pre-approved credit from the state". On the next screen from the drop down list select "Clean fuel vehicle" and enter the amount of credit.
