I'm not sure if I should be paying taxes in another state

I work remotely for a big corporation. I've lived in Texas for all of 2016, but my company is located in Chicago. It looks like my boss didn't change my address in the company system to Texas and now I'm worried I'll be asked to pay Illinois taxes.
