If you lived in California on 12/31/2017 then in the My Info section for your name where asked for your resident state you should have selected California.  If you did Not live in any other states in 2017 then where asked you should have indicated NO.  If you did Not make money in any other states in 2017 then where asked you should have indicated NO.
