So, are you saying that the values in 1A minus 2A equals 3A on your return? If so, it seems to be a problem with the state verification. Perhaps additional related things are being considered by verification and the error message is misleading. I feel TT and the state need to address this. Also, if TT is telling you to file by paper, they should at least refund your filing fee.
