There is no option to select "multiple" or "other."
1) Is there a way to request more fields be added to this input for future releases of turbo tax
2) I was planning on using turbo tax to submit my taxes to the State of Ohio. Is there a way to include a note regarding this issue and have it addressed with the submittal?
