State tax filing
I reviewed your tax return and you checked "No" to the question “Is this LLC a business entity disregarded for tax purposes?”.
The bottom of the form informs you that you can't e-file form 568 if the LLC is a non-disregarded business entity.
If you are the sole owner of your LLC, the IRS disregards your LLC and consider you a sole proprietor. If you fit in this category, you should check yes and you will be able to e-file.
Refer to the TurboTax article LLC Tax Filing Rules for details regarding “disregarded entities” and the IRS web-site Single member limited liability companies for more information.
You also need to change your Secretary of State number. You have entered all 5's. If you don't have a SOS number, you can select "Other Reason" by the down arrow next to SOS Not Applicable Reason.
