Once you have brought up your state return, you can add the IT-241 by going Into the New York interview and selecting the Credits page. Then look for Other Tax Credits, and under that "Other Less Common Credits."
In TurboTax Desktop:To access the IT-241, please follow the steps below:
- Click forms on the upper right.
- Click Open form on the left (see screenshot).
- Scroll down to New York.
- Type IT-241 in the search box
- Click Open at the bottom.
