Should the SC addback of the extra $1500 st. deduct. from the federal OBBB be included in both the resident and nonresident SC forms. It only shows on the resident form

I enter all the same information for both the South Carolina resident and non-resident forms (comparing which is most favorable for my situation), but Turbotax is only including the $1500 additional standard deduction amount from the OBBB on the resident return, and not in the non-resident return. This appears to be a Turbotax issue.
