CAN'T E-FILE
I'm having the same problems with that stupid screen that nevere works ("Oops. Looks like we hit a snag." I can't even file my Federal return, even though there's nothing to pay for. (The same instructions to "purchase" come up when trying to e-file separately, again, even though there's no charge to e-file Federal & Audit Defense is free.)
I have lost countless hours at the computer & on the phone. (I, too, have been hung up by the so-called customer service reps at the 1-800-4-INTUIT.)
All the suggested fixes DON'T WORK. I've done them multiple times.
This glitch is the only thing keeping me from being done with my 2025 taxes!
