Please review the information you entered from your 1099-R forms. On one of them, the income amount was entered in the state withholding box (Box 16) as well as the correct box.
Double-check all entries for each 1099-R, especially Box 16. Based on our review, the issue appears to be on the second 1099-R you entered.
