State tax filing

I can put in a request for an investigation of the issue. I'd like to try one more thing. 

  1. Go to accounts-tax.intuit.com and log in with your email / credentials that you use for TurboTax 
  2. Check the box for stay logged in 
  3. Select Products & Billing > TurboTax > Update default payment method (enter the card you plan on making the state return purchase with)
  4. Keep the Intuit accounts website open and stay logged in on the browser
  5. Try again to get the state in your Desktop TurboTax program
