State tax filing
I can put in a request for an investigation of the issue. I'd like to try one more thing.
- Go to accounts-tax.intuit.com and log in with your email / credentials that you use for TurboTax
- Check the box for stay logged in
- Select Products & Billing > TurboTax > Update default payment method (enter the card you plan on making the state return purchase with)
- Keep the Intuit accounts website open and stay logged in on the browser
- Try again to get the state in your Desktop TurboTax program
