The preparation and filing of an Ohio school
district (SD) tax form is not automatic. You have to initiate it in the Ohio
part of the program. You probably didn't file. Most people will either owe or
get a refund (Not come out even). So, if you don't have a record of
a payment or refund bank deposit, you didn't file.
I suggest you go to the Ohio web site, print
and file the form. http://www.tax.ohio.gov/Forms.aspx You
need form SD100
