I've tried to report this so many different ways and so far all I got is the response above from their "tax expert" which completely disregards the possibility this is a TurboTax error. There are so many credits listed you can check your eligibility for. My dad is not eligible for any of them. And then this one is just completely missing. Obviously a TurboTax error. So far, they don't seem that interested in fixing it. I wonder if they do fix it if they will reach back out to all the people who have been impacted and not received this credit because they used TurboTax.
