This is a TurboTax error. I am helping my father file his taxes, which I have been doing through TurboTax for many years. He has always qualified for this credit. Nothing changed with his income. I read the tax law already. It is not complicated. There was an option to claim this last year and it's completely missing this year. I wonder how many seniors have been shorted on this credit because they used TurboTax this year. I have tried to report this numerous different ways and your response is the only one I've received. Are you going to do anything to fix this error?
