You can allocate the amounts based on time so (7/12th of the total to New York and 5/12th to Missouri) if you are paid equally throughout the year. You may also be able to determine the state wages by using the Box 16 state wages for Missouri, then the remainder for New York (you cannot use the New York state wages because it should be the same as your Box 1 wages.)
