(a) You say you have a single member LLC registered under Wyoming state law ---- were you a resident with a tax ID ( SSN / ITIN ) at the time ? If not how did you achieve the registration ?
(b) Which country are you a citizen/resident of now ?
(c) Any gross income for this LLC is from which country ? Where are you paying taxes for this income ?
Generally an entity doing business need a tax id --- if a "person" is not possible then the LLC needs to be treated as a C-Corp with its own tax id and a local agent responsible for filing returns and paying US taxes.
