They are currently taking taxes out for Alabama, the state I live in. The company I work for is in North Carolina. Is there an IRS law/ rule that I can have for documentation. I have other teammates in similar situations and would love to have something to show them as they do not believe me that they only have to pay taxes in the state they live in.
