Did you get your refund yet? I forgot to sign mine as well and I just barely received the paper to sign in the mail yesterday. Sent it back with certified mail and return receipt to make sure it doesn't get lost. So crazy that it took them 5+ months to finally send this out to me. If you got your refund, how long did it take after you submitted the form they want you to sign?
