State tax filing

This is a known issue with TurboTax, I have had this happen previously and they credited me the fee. This year Charles over at resolution team stated " You must pay again" this is deceptive, and incorrect the consumer will be charged (2) double for a service on original file was never rendered. TurboTax fix this known issue
If the Federal return was initially rejected, the state return automatically rejects, and you should not have to pay the $25 state efile fee again. If you paid the $25 California state efile fee twice, and it was not remedied by TurboTax Support, you can escalate your issue to the liaison in the office of the president of Intuit. They say they will usually respond in 1 business day.
