More investigation since my original post in this thread indicates that TurboTax is properly indicating that for Hawaii return limiting Cash Contributions to 60% of Hawaii AGI when on Federal return the cas contributions get limited to 60% of Federal AGI.
However in my testing with TaxSlayer and FreeTaxUSA those programs incorrectly using
on Hawaii return that cash contributions is 60% of Federal AGI when Federal cash contributions limited.
