If I filed a W-2G and state taxes were witheld in visiting state, but Turbo Tax not calculating State(IL) Correctly as a non resident?

As a non IL Resident, I filed a W-2G - Federal and State taxes were witheld at Issue. Turbo Tax showing large number(about 8x what was already witheld as refund to me which does not make sense) for IL state refund.
