I have a tax form from my job that shows NY Tax, & one that shows NY tax & VA Tax. When I moved, my job updated my location to my new state! Confused how to file!

I don't know if I have to file both W2's, or am I supposed to file as a Non Resident? At no time did I ever work in a different state than I lived.
