It depends. In the Personal Information section you should be able to indicate the states.
Review your entries in the Personal Section to ensure that TurboTax has the correct info for the states.
- Launch Turbo Tax and select My Info
- A Personal info summary screen will pop up.
- Select Edit by your name.
- Ensure that you have the correct answers for your state of residence and if you lived in another state. If you selected that you lived in another state, a new section will appear asking for your previous state of residence. Select the other state you lived in.
- When you scroll through the screens, you will get to the screen Did you make money in any other states? Select Yes and select your third state.
