Yes, try deleting form 568 to see if this will correct the issue.
- Log into Turbo Tax
- Go to Tax tools in the left navigational pane of your return.
- Go to tools
- Go to delete a form
- Scroll down the list of forms. When you scroll to your CA forms, locate form 568 in your California non-resident return..
- Select delete.
- Recheck your forms to see if 568 has been deleted.
If you using the software installed on your computer, go to the Forms mode in your return and delete the form directly from there in your Ca returns.
