Did you mean Illinois? I'm trying not to get confused with reponses to my original post. I lived in Illinois, worked only in Indiana.
I did speak with an Indiana DOR agent this morning and she stated that Indiana has implemented new legislation starting this year in regards to Bulletin #28 (30-day Safe Haven). The only relevant factor supposedly is the amount of days that you actually worked in Indiana.
