2024 Non-Arizona municipal interest, how to enter into Turbo Tax I cannot find the schedule required to list

Line 15 for Arizona State Turbo Tax has "Explain" but I cannot enter anything. The description for this error says that I need to have a schedule with explanation. I cannot find where to do this, there is no "+" sign to access.
