Yes, you can make the same payment.  Or while you are preparing your amendment, you will be able to generate estimated tax payment vouchers for 2025.    On the Additional Tax Situations page, select Review Estimates Calculated for 2025 (Form IT-2105).   Each state is different, but for most states, next year's estimates are at the end of the state interview.    @hellotax1111
