FORM 3522 or 3588 for last year???
I am using Turbo Tax to efile and CA form 568, and Turbo Tax generated 2 other forms as a result: form 3522 for year 2025 LLC tax & form 3588 for year 2024 LLC tax. Each form (3522 and 3588) has $800 CA LLC tax due.
I have not paid for the 2024 CA LLC tax last year.
Is it right? i am going to pay 3588 for 2024, instead of 3522.
